6mm republican roman hastatii

one of the things i got yesterday where some 6mm republican Romans from heroics and ros they will be based 10 to a stand. they are all very detailed but come in only 1 pose however all the commanders are positioned differently.

Yesterday I received a order from Heroics and Ros. This contained 53 roman republican hastsatii. as well as two planes. I stared but painting the planes and have finished them very quickly. However I am not 100% on the zero and might repaint it. the USA naval plane is a dauntless.

Warlord Games WW2 French

A few months ago I bought a quad of WW2 early war french my painting of them has entered the doldrums so to speak but this is what I have done so far. Its not much and I also based these on 2p coins

Dropzone Commander

Firstly sorry I have not been blogging recently I have just forgotten that I even had one. Any way getting on with what you are hear to see. A few weeks a go my first dropzone commander figures arrived. I am collecting the Shaltari faction so I started with some light tanks called Yari's I decided to give them the micro wave gun.I was not a massive fan of the default orange color so i gave them a blue and green mix, So hears some pictures of what I have done so far.

The 6mm German tanks roll of the production line ready to stop the allied advance.

So I have finished the German tanks I repainted the king tiger because the wash was to heavy and just left it camo less. The panther I gave only a two tone camo I prefer just green and it makes a command tank stick out from the rest of the army which will have three tone camo.

the king tiger has no camo just the base that would have been applied at the factory maybe the crew did n't have enough time to paint it on before it saw action... 

As you can see i only used the green to camo this tank no brown...

This last pic shows the panther next to some if my scratch built desert terrain...
